Polyester filament PET hot-rolled spunbonded nonwoven fabric: referred to as spunbonded polyester (PET) filament nonwoven fabric, its raw material is 100% polyester chips. This kind of non-woven fabric is what we call filament non-woven fabric. It is made of innumerable continuous polyester filaments by spinning, bonding and hot rolling. Also known as PET spunbonded filament nonwovens or PES spunbonded nonwovens, also known as one-component spunbonded nonwovens.
Product Characteristics
Polyester (PET) spunbonded filament hot-rolled nonwoven fabric is a water-repellent nonwoven fabric. The water repellency of non-woven fabrics varies according to their weight. The thicker the weight, the better the water repellency. If there are water droplets on the surface of non-woven fabric, the water droplets will slide directly from the surface. If you want non-woven fabrics to pass through some moisture, you can choose our thin gram heavy non-woven fabrics. In some cases, it has waterproof performance.
High temperature resistance. Because the melting point of polyester fibers is about 260 C. The stability of the shape and size of non-woven fabrics can be maintained in the environment requiring heat resistance. It has been widely used in heat transfer printing, transmission oil filtration, and some composite materials which need high temperature resistance.
Polyester (PET) spunbonded non-woven fabric is a filament non-woven fabric which is second only to nylon spunbonded non-woven fabric. Its excellent strength, good air permeability, anti-tear and anti-aging properties have been increasingly used in various fields by customers.
Polyester (PET) spunbonded nonwovens also have a very special physical property: gamma ray resistance. That is to say, if applied to medical products, it can be directly disinfected by gamma rays without destroying the stability of physical properties and size. This is the physical property that polypropylene (PP) spunbonded nonwovens do not have.
Polyester spunbonded nonwovens are made of new polyester chips. There is no additive in the whole production process. It is a very good environmental protection product.
