Plastic blind ditch: It is composed of plastic core wrapped with filter cloth outside. The plastic core is made of thermoplastic synthetic resin as the main raw material. After modification, in the hot melt state, fine plastic filaments are extruded through the nozzle, and then the extruded plastic filaments are fused at the joints through the forming device to form a three-dimensional mesh structure. At present, the plastic core has many structural forms, such as rectangle, hollow matrix, circular hollow circle and so on. This material overcomes the shortcomings of traditional blind ditch, has high surface opening rate, good water collection, large void rate, good drainage, strong compression resistance, good compression resistance, good flexibility, adaptability to soil deformation, good durability, light weight, convenient construction, greatly reduced labor intensity of workers, high construction efficiency, so it is widely welcomed by the Engineering Bureau and widely used.
Product characteristics:
The plastic blind ditch consists of filaments of about 2 mm, which are fused to form a three-dimensional mesh. Its principle is the same as that of the truss made of steel structure. The surface opening rate is 95%-97%, more than 5 times that of the porous tube, 3-4 times that of the resin grid tube, and the surface water absorption is very high.
Because it is a three-dimensional structure, its void ratio is 80%-95%. It is the same as the space and management, and its compressive performance and the resin strength of the pipe structure are more than 10 times. Therefore, even if it is compressed under overload, because it is a three-dimensional structure, the residual void is more than 50%. There is no problem of impervious water, so it is not necessary to consider that it will be crushed by earth pressure.
The compressive strength is high, and the compression rate is less than 10% at 250KPa pressure.
