Plastic false roof net for underground coal mine is a kind of "double resistance plastic net false roof" developed by our company independently. The product is made of polypropylene as the main raw material, treated by super-flame retardant and antistatic technology, and used plasticizing, extrusion, cooling, setting, welding and other processes to form a grid of integral structure.

1. Friction does not produce static electricity easily. In the underground environment of coal mine, the average surface resistance of plastic mesh is below 1 x 109_.
2. Good flame retardancy. In open fire environment, only melting does not burn, even if the maximum time of combustion is not more than 10 seconds.
3. Easy to wash coal. The density of the plastic mesh is about 0.92, which is less than that of water. During coal washing, the broken mesh floats on the water surface and is easy to be washed out.
4. Strong anti-corrosion ability, anti-aging.
5. Easy to construct and transport. Plastic mesh is relatively soft, it is not suitable to scratch workers in construction, and has the advantages of easy curling and bundling, cutting and light weight, so it is convenient for underground transportation, carrying and construction.
6. Both vertical and horizontal directions have strong bearing capacity. It is manifested in three aspects:
(1) After extrusion and stretching, the molecular structure of the plastic mesh is reoriented, and the tensile strength of the material is 2-3 times as high as that before stretching.
(2) The ribs and ribs are perpendicular to each other. This structure enables the pressure applied on the mesh to transfer effectively to the ribs around the joints, thus greatly improving the overall compressive capacity of the mesh. When the external force is applied to a single rib, it will evenly distribute the external force to other ribs (or ribs) to reduce the concentrated bearing capacity of a single rib, so it is not easy to cause rib fracture.
(3) The mesh creep is small, and the mesh size is uniform, which can effectively prevent the falling of coal fragments, protect the safety of underground workers and the safety of mine car operation.
Usage: This product is mainly used as false roof in thick coal seam mining in coal mine. It can also be used as supporting material for bolt roadway, supporting roadway, bolt and shotcrete roadway and other roadways. For false roof.
