Warp-knitted polyester geogrid (also known as high-strength polyester warp-knitted geogrid) is a new type of high-quality geotechnical base material for reinforcing roadbed. High-strength polyester or polypropylene fibers are selected as raw materials, warp-knitted directional structure is adopted. The awe-oriented yarns in the fabric are bonded with high-strength fibre filaments without bending state, and the crossing points are bound together to form a firm bonding point and fully hair. Give full play to its mechanical properties.

All kinds of high-grade roads, Railway Soft Subgrade reinforcement, different subgrade materials; reinforcement, isolation, reinforcement of soft soil foundation in hydraulic engineering, enhance its protection capacity, improve the bearing capacity and stability of the foundation; for embankment slope reinforcement, retaining wall reinforcement, enhance the overall strength.
Warp knitted polyester grille construction method: polyester grille should be laid on coarse grained stone of asphalt layer of construction pavement, the original pavement should be leveled first, constructed after finishing, repairing and cleaning, fixed grille overlap with special steel nails is needed for ordinary grille, joint transverse greater than 5 cm, longitudinal greater than 10 cm, geotechnical grille treated with asphalt should be laid as little as possible with asphalt adhesive oil, and self-adhesive. The asphalt mixture can be paved and compacted after proper rolling by rubber wheel roller in the construction of geogrid without special steel nails.
